Why Should I Train With You?
I have been involved in martial arts and Self-Defence since I was 7 years old. now After approx 15 years working as Person Protection Body Guard & over 20years as a Bouncer as well as a Defensive Tactics Training Officer ( Hand to Hand & Weapons ) In the1990s i Qualified as a Pressure Point Control Tactics Instructor and developed my own Martial art Style from Scratch ( Shen M.A.T Academy) in 1996. I have the skill and knowledge and the years of experience needed, I also no what works, and how best to apply it.
For most clients 2-3 30minute sessions a week for 3-6 moths will give you very good self defense skills and knowledge.
